Synopsis
This is the synopsis of the original light novel series and its manga adaptation by Musshu:
A high school yuri comedy about fake dating, real dating, competitive dating... and one very overwhelmed girl who's accidentally doing all three at once! Awkward and introverted Amaori Renako leaves her lonely high school life behind, determined to become an outgoing and popular high school student. The glamorous and confident Oduka Mai is Renako’s complete opposite: rich, carefree, and a literal fashion model. Against all odds, the two girls form an immediate connection. Renako thinks she’s found the best friend of her dreams… until Mai’s love confession throws her feelings into disarray. Renako wants to prove to Mai that being best friends (BFFs) is better than being girlfriends, but Mai is determined to convince Renako that they are meant to be lovers!
