Season 3 Confirmed for The 100 Girlfriends!
The anime The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You (Kimi no koto ga Dai Dai Dai Dai Dai Daisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo) has won its 3rd season. A trailer confirms its premiere for 2026.
In addition to the trailer, a new visual has been released. The animation continues to be handled by Bibury Animation Studios.
The second season premiered on January 12, 2025.
Synopsis
After suffering 100 romantic rejections in middle school, Rentarou Aijou makes a wish: "That in high school I finally find a girlfriend!".
While visiting a shrine, he encounters the God of Love, who reveals a shocking prophecy:
“You will meet 100 soulmates in high school.”
But there's a cruel condition—whoever finds their soulmate and doesn't live that love to its fullest… will die. Thus begins Rentarou's chaotic fate: How to deal with 100 girlfriends? And how to love them all without losing anyone?

Finally, the work is known simply as The 100 Girlfriends (100人の彼女, Hyaku-nin no Kanojo) or Hyakkano (100カノ), is a Japanese manga series written by Rikito Nakamura and illustrated by Yukiko Nozawa. The work has been published since December 2019 in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine, aimed at the seinen audience. As of September 2025, the series already has 23 volumes (tankōbon) released.
