Super no Ura by Yani Suu Futari, also known as Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You, is a slice-of-life romance manga. Jinushi is the author of this manga. The manga began serialization in Square Enix's Big Gangan magazine in August 2022. The manga currently has a total of seven compiled volumes published.

In July of this year, Japanese publisher Square Enix announced the production of an anime adaptation of the manga Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You. It was also announced that the series will premiere in Japan in 2026.

Synopsis of Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You:

The only thing that allows Sasaki, a middle-aged man, to endure his monotonous and exhausting job is the radiant smile of Yamada, the young employee at a 24-hour supermarket he frequents. After each long day of enduring his boss's nagging, Sasaki stops by the store to be comforted by his favorite cashier.

One night, after a particularly hard day, Sasaki arrives at the supermarket only to discover that Yamada's shift has already ended. Disheartened, he sets out to find a place to smoke when a woman behind the store calls him over to join her. Tayama, a bold and dangerously mischievous woman, is quick to point out Sasaki's curious habit of always seeking out his companion, and even dares to tell Yamada about his particular interest in her.

Since then, in addition to stopping by the shop to see the charming Yamada, Sasaki also does so in the hope of running into his new cigarette buddy, Tayama. However, behind Tayama's playful demeanor lies much more than meets the eye. With each shared cigarette, an unexpected friendship begins to blossom.
