The official cover for volume #18 of the light novel 86: Eighty-six has been revealed on Dengeki Bunko's (ASCII Media Works) official media. The volume will consist of a total of 344 pages and will be released in bookstores and retail stores in Japan on September 10th of this year.

On April 10, 2021, the light novel 86 Eighty-Six premiered its respective anime adaptation. The series consists of a total of 23 episodes. The animation studio A-1 Pictures was in charge of producing the anime, and it was legally streamed on Crunchyroll. The anime has its respective Latin American Spanish dubbing.
