Although Sakamoto is now firmly retired, he struggles to let go of his former life of crime. His former partner, Shin Asakura, reappears and decides to stay with Sakamoto's family under his strict no-kill rule. To make matters worse, a large bounty has been placed on Sakamoto's head.
