At NBCUniversal’s Anime NYC panel, it was revealed that an anime adaptation of the manga “Yasei no Last Boss” was in production!
As a reminder, this title is also known as “A Wild Last Boss Appeared!”, is published in France by Doki-Doki editions.
Originally an adaptation by Tsubasa Hazuki of the eponymous light novel written by Firehead, the manga has been pre-published since 2017 in the magazine Comic Earth Star and follows the adventures of Lufasu Mafaalu, a former demon queen resurrected after a long sleep in an online game world.
Manga Synopsis
After a superb finale, I reached the top in the famous online game Exgate Online. My character was called Luphas Mafahl, a woman feared for her power and ferocity… Unfortunately, I was defeated by the union of the Seven Heroes. But since then, an unexpected event has occurred: I was summoned into the video game and I became my character, 200 years later… Worse, since my absence, the world has been nothing but chaos because of the exactions of my henchmen and the monsters that are flooding in. I intend to restore order, even if I have to use drastic measures!
