The committee expressed its deep regret for the inconvenience caused to customers and clarified that the product was developed and sold by the aforementioned company, which was only granted permission to use copyright. Those affected can contact Furyu Corporation’s anime licensing department by providing their information via email. However, the committee warns that the response could take time due to the current situation, considering that the delivery time that was scheduled for two weeks after the reservation has been extended to almost two years.
