The Japanese company PRIROLL has put on sale several cakes inspired by The Blue Box
Netflix has in its catalog some of the best-rated romance anime of recent yearslike Coming to You (Kimi ni Todoke) or My Love Story! (Ore Monogatari!!). The Blue Box is another of the most interesting proposals that the platform has and was, for many, one of the great animes that premiered in the final stretch of 2024.
The Blue Box is currently being one of the most successful animes in Japan. His popularity is such that he has already starred in several commercial collaborations, and has many more in the works. One of them is with the company PRIROLLwhich has announced some cakes with printed illustrations of some of the main characters of the series.

According to PRIROLL in its official websitethe illustrations are printed on edible sheets and they are made with edible ink. The dimensions of the cakes are 15 centimeters in diameter and 7 centimeters in height, and their price is 5,130 yen. In addition, the company has put on sale a set of macarons of different flavors decorated with illustrations of Chinatsu Kano, Hina Chono and other characters in the series.
It should be noted that this is not the only time that PRIROLL has decorated its products with anime characters. In one of its Christmas promotions, the company launched some cakes inspired by Frieren: After the Journey Ends, one of the highest-rated anime of 2023. The Blue Box anime began broadcasting on January 2. the second part of its first season. Its most recent episodes have given special prominence to the character of Hina Chono, who forms, together with Taiki Inomata and Chinatsu Kano, the main love triangle of the series.
