Netflix and Crunchyroll Leak: Avoid Social Media at All Costs
What's worse than having your favorite series spoiled on X, or on TikTok. It's a bad experience for fans across the planet. Even though X users begged the hackers, the damage was done. All that remains is to avoid these platforms in the coming days.
There Heartstopper season 3 was the first target of these leaks. We were able to see the anime Arcane, and also “RE: ZERO”. However, Netflix teams are trying to correct the situation.
“One of our post-production partners has been compromised and images from several of our titles have unfortunately leaked online. Our team is taking steps to have these images removed,” explains the Netflix spokesperson.
For their part, the Crunchyroll Specialists are doing everything they can to stop this scourge.
“We are aware of a content leak ahead of one of our fall events. We have opened an investigation to identify the source of this leak, and our team is taking steps to have it removed.”

HBO, the studio behind Game of Throneswas one of the victims of these leaks. Its flagship series, House of the Dragon, also suffered the same fate. Hackers have released the season 2 finale on Facebook, X, and other platformsHBO immediately reacted to avoid a decline in popularity over time.
“We are aware that clips from the season finale of House of the Dragon have surfaced on social media. The clips were posted after an unintentional release by a third-party international distributor. HBO is actively monitoring and removing clips from the internet, and fans can watch the episode in its entirety this Sunday night on HBO and Max.” explains the studio specialists after detecting the leaks.
