Goku's Super Saiyan from Dragon Ball Daima is not as powerful as he used to be, so he would not be able to defeat these villains
Dragon Ball Daima has turned out to be an interesting and new great adventure for our protagonistswho have set out on a journey to the Demon Realm to recover Dende who was kidnapped by the new villains. However, they have a big obstacle, and that is that they have been turned into mini versions of themselves.
Although the villains did not wish for a reduction in their power, the truth is that, having smaller bodies, Goku and the others are not as effective in combat as with their original sizes. AND, even though we have seen Goku's Super Saiyan in Dragon Ball Daimathis may not be enough to defeat several villains in Dragon Ball Z.
Android 16
Android 16 is more powerful than the rest of Gero's biomachines
When Dr. Gero created Android 16, he did not place any restrictions on its power. In this way, we have that he is the most powerful android, even surpassing 17 and 18. However, his gentle personality keeps him in controlalthough not when it comes to Goku.
And this android was created specifically to take down Goku, so it is likely that, if he had to face the Saiyan in his current Dragon Ball Daima size, he would defeat him. Or if not, Goku in Super Saiyan would have a lot of problems with its great firepower.

Cell, in his perfect form, was an extraordinarily powerful villain. And it is that He had the DNA of other strong fighterslike the Z Fighters. Therefore, he could copy many of their techniques and regenerate.
Being in his perfect form, Cell would be almost unstoppable, Well, he defeated Goku, Trunks and Vegeta without problems. Therefore, we might think that Dragon Ball Daima's Goku has no chance against Perfect Ceell, since the villain can execute a large Kamehameha.
Boo
Even though he's not the strongest Buu, he's still incredibly powerful.
Maybe Fat Buu is not the most powerful form of this characterbut he did have great power. In fact, it was so much so that he managed to defeat Vegeta and Gohan without problems, leaving us with one of the most tragic sacrifices of the franchise.
We could assume that This Buu would be able to defeat Goku from Dragon Ball Daima even in his Super Saiyan form, which he can hold momentarily and draw his power from.
Kid Buu
Kid Buu was the last villain of Dragon Ball Z and a great threat to the universe. In fact, with a single attack he destroyed planet Earth and was about to do the same in the Otherworld.
Kid Buu is the embodiment of pure evil, and has great power, as well as an adaptable, gum-like anatomy, so he can shape his size and more. But beyond this, The power of this villain was on par with adult Goku's Super Saiyan 3so he could finish off Goku from Dragon Ball Daima without problems.
Super Buu (Gohan absorbed)
After absorbing Gohan, Gotenks and Piccolo, Super Buu gained unimaginable power.
This is probably the most powerful villain in all of Dragon Ball Z, even more so than Kid Buu. And this version of Super Buu had the powers of Gohan in his final state, Piccolo and Gotenks, so it was extraordinarily powerful. In fact, it was so much so that neither adult Goku nor Vegeta separately could cope with it.
The only way to defeat this Super Buu was by fusing the Potara Earrings, becoming Vegito. Therefore, it is sensible to state that Goku from Dragon Ball Daima, even in Super Saiyan, I wouldn't be able to beat Super Buu with all these characters absorbedat least not without help.
