A press release listed that the manga written and illustrated by Chihiro Yuzuki“Kimi to Koete Koi ni Naru (With You, Our Love Will Make It Through)”, will have an anime adaptation that will premiere at some point during the Fall-2025 (October-December). The statement did not list production details, but did list the main voice cast, which includes:
- Manaka Iwami will play the protagonist Asaka Mari.
- Takuya Eguchi will play the protagonist Hidaka Tsunagu.
For its part, Chihiro Yuzuki The publication of the manga began through the shojo magazine Manga Mee from the publisher Shueisha in May 2019, and is still in serialization. Previously he wrote a variety of other works such as “Juujin-san to Ohana-chan“, “Himitsu no Otsukiai wo Shiteimasu“, and “Watashi no Sensei wa Do S by Ecchi na Kedamono“.
Synopsis of Kimi to Koete Koi ni Naru
When Mari, a high school student, runs into a classmate who is late, she is surprised to discover that he is a beastfolk who is going to attend her school. After all, it’s not uncommon for beastfolk to coexist with humans, but it’s still rare, prejudices and all. Nervous at first, Mari soon realizes there’s more to him than his furry exterior. In fact, the more she gets to know him, the more she feels attracted to him, his firmness, his kindness and… his body…
