Desktop Mate was officially launched this weekan innovative platform that allows you to integrate interactive 3D characters on your desktop. Available for free on Steamthe show has quickly caught the attention of fans due to its level of interaction and customization.
What is Desktop Mate?
Desktop Mate is an application that uses cutting-edge 3D technology to bring characters to your screen. You can place them on the taskbar, in program windows, or on the edges of the screen. These characters follow the mouse pointer with their eyes, interact with it and react in adorable ways, becoming a unique and fun experience for users.
The program includes Aieltan, the app’s first official mascot, for free, while additional characters can be purchased for an extra cost. At launch, Hatsune Miku, the renowned virtual singer, debuted as the first downloadable character for a price of 2,200 yen (approximately $15).
In addition to offering high-quality graphics and realistic motion, Desktop Mate includes features such as:

Infinite Loop, the development company, has announced that it plans to expand the character catalog in the future, with the aim of turning Desktop Mate into a versatile and constantly evolving platform.
