Vanguard“: the long-running franchise will reach a total of 700 episodes in its anime. From the beginning of the first series in 2011 to the most recent installment, “Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez Deluxe-hen”, 582 episodes have already been broadcastestablishing itself as one of the most extensive series in the anime industry.
The most recent anime in the franchise, “Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez Deluxe-hen”, began its broadcast in Japan last Saturday, continuing the legacy of this popular saga based on the Bushiroad card game. This new arc marks the eighth season within the so-called “D Series”, a narrative and product line that has renewed the franchise since April 2021 with the premiere of “Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress.”
The “D Series” of “Cardfight!! Vanguard” began with the first two seasons of overDress, followed by “Cardfight!! Vanguard will+Dress“, which is considered the third general season of this stage. Its next installments, released in January 2023 and July 2023, made up the fourth and fifth seasons, respectively. For his part, “Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez“, broadcast between January and October 2024, represented the sixth and seventh seasons.
Now, with the premiere of Divinez Deluxe-henthe franchise is preparing for its ninth season, scheduled to debut in mid-2025.
