What is Ananta?

Ananta It is an Urban Open World Action RPG developed by Naked Rain, a study supported by Netease Games. It presents an anime aesthetic with futuristic environments full of supernatural anomalies and chaotic creatures. The player plays an Infinite Trigger, member of the ACD, an organization dedicated to combating the force known as chaos. The gameplay stands out for fluid mobility, with Parkour, balancing between buildings, driving vehicles and free exploration. The world offers live NPCS, secondary activities, dynamic missions and great interaction. Each playable character has unique skills, being able to alternate between four in full battle.

One of the most striking aspects is that it will not have a Gacha system, something unusual in titles of this type. All characters can unlock playing, while monetization will focus on aesthetic customization such as clothes, vehicles or expressions. It was announced in Gamescom 2023 under the name Project Mugen, changing to Ananta In 2024. It still has no confirmed launch date, but it is expected in 2026. A playable demo will be available at the Tokyo Game Show 2025. This game promises to be a revolutionary proposal within the Urban RPGs.
