Kumako Hisama's
Ichijouma Mankitsugurashi! manga is getting an anime adaptation. The announcement appeared on the official cover of the latest issue of
Manga Time Kirara, which was centered around the Ichijouma Mankitsugurashi! manga.

Ichijouma Mankitsugurashi! is a 4-panel comedy ecchi manga written and illustrated by
Kumako Hisama. The manga began serializing in
Houbunsha's
Manga Time Kirara magazine in December 2018. The series is currently still in serialization and has three compiled volumes released.
In addition, the Japanese publisher
Houbunsha announced that the fourth compiled book volume of
Kumako Hisama's manga will be released in Japanese stores and bookstores on July 26.
Synopsis of Ichijouma Mankitsugurashi!:
The story follows Meiko Morita, a young woman who moves from her hometown to Tokyo to attend a prestigious girls' academy. As part of a deal that offers her "free tuition in exchange for volunteer work," she begins living and working at Hedgehog, a manga cafe that also serves as a dormitory for girls.
There, she meets unusual characters such as Rie Amamiya, a wealthy heiress who runs the cafe and the residence and is a fan of yuri and boy-love manga; Marika Suzuki, a popular MuTube streamer known as "Marica Belltree"; and Neo Nakano, a professional gamer who competes in world championships.
