The censored version will air in Japan starting July 9 on Tokyo MX, BS NTV, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, Mie Television Broadcasting, TVQ Broadcasting Kyushu, Gifu Broadcasting, and TV Hokkaido. The uncensored version will air in Japan starting July 15 on AT-X.

The "Sisters of Anarchy," Panty and Stocking, have been expelled from Heaven for, to put it mildly, misbehaving. Led by a priest named Garterbelt, these angels must buy their way back by exterminating ghosts in Daten City. But this task requires unconventional weapons for these unorthodox angels: they transform their underwear into weapons to dispatch the spirits.
Unfortunately, neither of them takes their duties seriously, preferring to spend their time on other "hobbies": Panty prefers sleeping with anything that walks, and Stocking prefers stuffing herself with candy to hunting ghosts. Follow these two mischievous angels as they battle ghosts, overflowing bodily fluids, and their own tendency to wander.
