In a few weeks, the long-awaited second season of the
anime Dandadan will finally premiere. And while many fans already want to see the story of
Momo and
Okarun, others are taking the time to create content featuring them. The variety of works is surprising, but it's usually the illustrations that many create. A clear example of this is this work, in this case represented in two images that, when combined, tell a story. More precisely, it shows us the love felt by the two protagonists of the work.

When does the new season of the Dandadan anime premiere?
Although many fans continue to follow the story from the manga, a large portion of fans also stay up-to-date thanks to its animated adaptation. And although the first part ended some time ago, there's good news for those still following it. The
new season of Dandadan will officially premiere on July 3, 2025. So fans won't have to wait long to revisit the story of Momo and Okarun.

Dandadan is a Japanese manga created and illustrated by
Yukinobu Tatsu. Before launching her own work, Tatsu worked as an assistant to Tatsuki Fujimoto ( Chainsaw Man ) and Yuji Kaku ( Jigokuraku ). The series began publication on April 6, 2021, through the Shonen Jump+ platform, published by Shueisha. It quickly captured the public's attention thanks to its original proposal and the fusion of different genres. In November 2023, its anime adaptation was announced, which is being produced by the Science SARU studio.
The plot revolves around
Momo Ayase, a high school student who strongly believes in the supernatural, and
Okarun, a somewhat nerdy classmate who is fascinated with aliens but doubts the existence of the paranormal. After an argument between the two, they decide to test which of their beliefs is more real. Momo heads to a site famous for alien sightings, while Okarun visits a place with a reputation for being haunted. To both of their surprise, they end up discovering that their worlds were more real than they imagined, and they find themselves dragged into a chain of supernatural situations that include both encounters with ghosts and beings from other planets.
